Clarence is a CFO that focuses on creating value for businesses that translate in higher profits, better business planning and risk management. He has undertaken various corporate exercises in the form of initial public offering, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and fund raising for both private and public listed companies in Asia.
Before joining CFO Centre, he managed the hotel expansion plan for a HK group. Previously, he was finance director for US public entity in China responsible for the due diligence, negotiation and conclusion of an acquisition deal. Before that, as finance director of Chubb Security in China, he was instrumental in business integration plan and created substantial cost savings. Earlier in his career, he worked in various positions as financial controllers and finance managers for Chinese trading and manufacturing groups and exercised financial controls over different business units to achieve KPIs and budgets. Clarence commenced his career as an auditor in Ernst & Young and was exposed to a variety of audit assignments in the retail, insurance and bank industries in the region.
Clarence is a trained information system auditor and he holds a master degree in Finance from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant (FCPA) and Chartered Association of Certified Accountants(FCCA).
